Community Project - Bwerenga School

Today we went to Bwerenga School, a place we have been going to for 6 years. We were welcomed with happy faces and open arms and they even performed a personalised song for Welling School. This year we decided they needed more security on the school so we built a fence around the outside, We go split up into groups of 3 where we made a system which would get it done as quickly as possible. For me Bwerenga school was the most deprived I’ve seen so far on the trip which was really upsetting. However the children were full of life and made todays experience so much more rewarding.

Tonight we celebrated Theos Birthday with a huge cake and balloons photos to follow!!!
